Module app_data 

Group state stored in the OpenMLS AppData dictionary.

This module is the bridge between the per-field intent handlers in mls_sync and the OpenMLS app data dictionary. The existing per-field helpers (update_group_name, update_admin_list_action, …) keep their signatures and route through the appropriate sub-module here. The component codec lives in xmtp_mls_common::app_data::component_source; its helpers transform bytes and do not change a group by themselves.

membership_upkeep adds the registry reconciliation and removed-member cleanup that ride along with every commit this client builds.
