Decode a hex-string inbox id into an InboxId.

Returns ComponentSourceError::InvalidInboxId wrapping either InboxIdError::InvalidHex (input wasn’t hex) or InboxIdError::InvalidLength (wrong byte length after decoding). Callers that need to distinguish the failure modes can match the inner variant.
