Struct LibXMTPVersion

Wrapper around semver::Version used for the MIN_SUPPORTED_PROTOCOL_VERSION floor and related min-version checks.

Parsing follows SemVer 2.0.0. Equality and ordering are SemVer precedence (semver::Version::cmp_precedence, SemVer section 11):

• Pre-release versions sort before the release: 1.0.0-alpha < 1.0.0-beta < 1.0.0.
• Pre-release identifiers compare numerically when all-digits, so rc.2 < rc.10.
• Build metadata (after +) has no precedence (SemVer section 10), so 1.0.0+a == 1.0.0+b == 1.0.0. The semver crate’s own Ord reads build metadata, which would pause or reject a peer at equal precedence, so this type implements its comparisons by hand.

The type has no Hash: two equal values can differ in build metadata. Callers keep the original string as the displayed and signed value.
